Catherine "Kate" Davis Higgins (born August 16, 1969) is an American singer, voice actress and musician who was the fourth voice for Lily for Learn to Read at the Storybook Factory, A Tad of Christmas Cheer and the LeapPad Letter Factory Game, from 2005 to 2007. She is also the voice of the Swan in the Little Touch LeapPad book Stella Songbird and the voice of the singer for the song, "Mr. Frog and Mrs. Frog" for A Tad of Christmas Cheer.

- She is well-known for her roles in English-dubbed versions of anime, most notably as Sakura Haruno in the Naruto franchise, Ami Mizuno / Sailor Mercury in the Viz dub of the Sailor Moon franchise, Saber in the original version of Fate/stay night, and CC in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
