Philip Proctor (born July 28, 1940) (aka Bob Banyon) is an American actor, voice actor and a member of the Firesign Theatre. He succeeded the late Tony Pope in the role of Professor Quigley in Math Circus and Code Word Caper. The role was later succeeded by Tom Kenny.
